If you really were at Naousa Festival, I am sure you will remember people getting so tired and pissed off at his set that even left from the stage until he finished his set...
At the end most people mentioned that the festival would be perfect if Goa Gil didnt play...sorry guys... |

we say the same thing with different words.
Yes first the ppl was tired and then gil.
Some kids go for sleep so early.. ts ts ts..
And my opinion is he was the best artist in this festival.
We have different taste about some things as I see but I one way or another the man is respectable.

How can it possibly be that there are people out there who listen to Psy music and have no respect for Goa Gil? This is outrageous! I'm no psy professional but i sure as HELL have respect for the FATHER of Psy Music..! He's the creator of this scene...and as he once said:

....its a shame there are people out there unaware of this essence LET ALONE the very SOURCE of Trance Dance!...Goa Gil himself.

So whoever doesnt like Goa Gil's music or doesnt respect his history (whatever that history is) isnt part of the psy trance scene and community?

Yes i am the most negative person in this forum but at least i am not the most stupid one.
Having a different opinion isnt bad but characterising other people because they dont have the same opinion with you (like you did with user Tralala for example) is very very stupid.
You can say that you respect Goa Gill because of this and that but please dont tell us that we are not part of the psy trance scene because we dont have the same idols like you do.

Mr Matutero or Zik or whatever,
I have respect for Goa Gil becouse he was in the scene from the beginning.
I have respect for him becouse the fact that I am today involved in the psy trance may be partly caused by him.
I have respect for him becouse he is so old and still devotes his life travelling around the world and taking place in events everywhere.
I dont have respect for him becouse he uses the word "Goa" in his name without his music having anything to do with that goa style we all knew.
I dont have respect for him becouse he was the first that brought entrance fees in the free parties in Goa.
I dont have respect for him cos his mixing skills today suck.
I dont have respect for him becouse he started in the eighties playing something like psychedelic rock, in the nineties he played melodic goa and today he plays dark psy changing his style according to the "psy fashion".
And finally Mr Zik, keep in mind that my opinion about Goa Gil is based on my own experience and paying a ticket in order to listen to him as a pure psy trance fan.
You opinion about him on the other side may be influenced by the fact that he included a track of yours in his latest cd "Karmageddon" along with Kindzadza etc that play very good music but not goa....
thats all from me.end of story for me.

Goa gil has his style... Skazi has hes style as well as fungus funk astrix or mandona or britney spears...
We have different tastes because we are diferent ppl. This means that each and everyone of us is a unique indivitual having some beliefs and perceptions...
No need to have 'fights' because some ppl like goa gil and some dont.
Ok fine, if u dont like him its ok, and its ok if u like him...
plz take it easy...

i respect that my friend tralala you have your opinion about this but like i see one is not right about it like you say he start tu make the free entrance in goa :8>> this my friend some israelian make it and no gill and also iam not doing that for my release you see you dont know nothing about it i listen all the kind of music i dont have a problem like you.. just i write this kind of music ...the most time i hear more experimental stuff and no dark also i have 17 releases before in gabba hardcore music but my favorite stuff is the chill out stuff dont speek about somthing when you dont know ....................................
but what tu say guys you see all people come tu the greek forum and start they say we are the most aggresive people we are know evrything about evrything but is not like that
