you could give a try to all these euro trance bassline presests coming with synths... it always sound like shit for full on but could be well suited for goa

can t listen properly i just have a crap headphone right now, but it translate good on it .
the sound caractere is somewhat modern like full on to me but i like...just depend if you re going for more oldschool authentic sound or more modern goa sound ..
maybe it could help to put the leads louders with more fx to accentuate the goaish sound and be less balanced like full on with the beat and bass so in front (but could be the headphone i m using dunno )

after it s taste but i would make the synth way stronger and on top ,as dominating as the beat in the mix.. the beat for the body , the leads for the brain .
while listening to your mix , my brain focus to much on your beat to really fly on the leads a bit like on full on sound, it s not as pyscho active for trance state imo
i guess it s why ppl love forest trance to get really in trance as it s balanced more like goa , you have lot of sound to fly and the beat for the body ,it s not in conflit like in full on where the brain focus a lot on the beat the way it s mixed . that why full on sux when you have enjoyed great goa trance and the trance state possible to reach with it on the floors ,how the stuff is mixed, it s not in conflict you can totally fly on the sounds and your body make one with the beat

So my main problem as always been the bottom end, the lows, and until i dont get that part right, or atleast half-right i get stuck .
I also prefer the leads to be the driving force of a trak, so that the head flyes around, i'll start working on that side when i have the structure sorted

have you tried the tal juno? curiuous about the sound.. i have read from somone owning a real one the caractere is really nailed, just it lack a bit of depth and the highs are not as sweet if i remember.. might be good for some goa leads maybe bass dunno

The U-No is as close to the Juno 60 as the TAL bassline is close to the SH-101...which means pretty decent when the filter is fully open with no resonance, and not very good when you up the resonance and start playing with the filter cut-off.
I tried it a few times, but ended up replacing it with something else.

hey guys sorry i was wrong with the name, i was thinking to this new one tal uno lx , nectarios if you give it a try would be intresting to ear if you like it, the filter is supposed to be better. it s the first tal audio plugin that is not free it seems, i guess it s better quality... the free version you can t save preset, not big deal for a synth like this
