i find the best time to go to goa in the monsoon time, not exactly monsoon, but what others call off season........ its much more shanti and much better................

Heya! Wanted to know what happened to the legendary party spot Discovalley in vagator!
There have been no parties there and that small lane behind 9 bar leading to the valley is a posh resort called Casa Vagator or something! Any info would be awesome!
