new hilltop..
might not be in the anjuna-vagator belt this 1 , as it is under heavy scanner of the officials.
but very sure of the hilltop mgmt , if anyone can pull it off in goa , its gonna be them by far

What`s happened to the Hilltop ? has it completely closed down or just for parties ? I am going over 7th march for 3 weeks, I will speak with Steve when I get there and find out the information. |

Then i wouldnt call it a full power scene bro  ...thats just a normal scene.....only good part is the Junta crowd must have almost totally disapeared....however dont url guys think an alternative is needed to curlies , shiva valley....every Tom dick and harry kknows of the place....

I am heading to Goa at the end of March for some madness, what is the best place to get info "on the ground" about parties? Locations, directions etc... Bear in mind me no know many cats yet...
