I just saw the news too and the Respected Tourism minister of Goa said please do not be intimitated by this and enjoy your holidays!

Ok I saw this evening's report on Headlines Today! And it was a rally with some placard holding people shouting slogans! And it looked like there were 100-200 people! And I dont think they can stop the goan tourism machine. Besides the xmas/new years season is when the 'Locals' rake in the bucks all their year kinda depends upon 22nd December to 3rd of January! And livelihood will matter more than a politician's urging really! Anywhere!
I agree there might be an odd protest odd rally. The tourism minister said there is a Government to deal with this and it will deal with it! And advised tourists not to be 'Intimidated' and enjoy the holidays!
Is nt our movement about overcoming fears?? Really!
This situation is political propaganda as i see it!
