The sound system was over time giving us a lil bit of trouble too… the generator wasn’t giving enough power, n so the cds began to drag… anyways all seemed well with Zoolog as the sound engineer for the party… n he did a brilliant job.
The order of the line-up was followed, and thx to all the djs that played… Ull are the reason for the smiling faces….
They say save the best for last....
Matilda Pony and Zoolog, without whom all this would not have been possible

So Happy to have been a part of the party at DiscoValley. Thanks to all involved in making it happen. It was truly an unforgetable once in a lifetime expeirence.

Dvr nailed it.
Parvati nailed it.
and we all hailed it . was the grandmother of all parties that i hv been to goa in last 3-4 years .
Psychedelic Experiences mmuah.
after this patry i am sure that many ppl got to know what is a rave ? : )
specially after wasting a lot of their time in goin to westend & hilltop n other mediocre places.
and yes there was a DVR party on 4th at primrose as well .crazy ppl all ard and freaky scando girls ; )

was there from 23rd - 2nd... caught the DVR party at west end on 23rd... good start to the trip.
Next day, christmas eve... there was a suprise party at shiva valley till 11 next morning... BANGER of a party... highlight of ma trip (would love to know who played...)
30th caught a moonset party bout 200 ft above sea level looking over aswem beach at the Liquid Sky Bar. Crazeeee sound, Mad Location... only the set was more old school 2000-2007 sound. Beautiful experience with the purple sky and rabbit on the moon.
And finally Disco Valley party till bout 5 am on NYE, everyone loved that one... but I didnt feel the vibe at this party, found the energy too scattered and the sound was lower than the way they bang it at curlies also... though the music was reallly good. Impressive line up and ofcourse the beauuutiful women all around.
But the best of all ... the 6 am - 12 noon 1st morning at hilltop. The most colorful part of the goa experience... Everyone who was a part of the new year sunrise at hilltop knows the collective vibe im talkin bout. Much love to all of em.
See you next year!

ppl....was anybody there in arambol beach on 31st nite.....there was a dj who placed some really crazy music in sum shack....does any1 know who he is.....??? |

OK Well!! ill try my best to potrait the whole scene.... dont expect names of the DJs as im very bad with remembering names.....
The party started in the evening at around 9PM on 31st and went on till 4:30AM 1st, and again it started at 06AM 1st.
Overall it was very good, excpet for a few pauses in music for 2-3 minutes while the DJs changed (i guess the orgs were not sure whom shud be playing next.... lol) and a few times due to technical issues.
At the begining there was a lot of local crowd, drunks, and ppl who come to goa with an expectation of getting laid and all that....... u now what type of ppl im talkin abt...
How ever the Full power party started after 06AM 1st, less crowd but all purely psyheads..... it was a sizzling girl who started spining (dono her name)..... she did a great job and played for a very long time...... then came a young boy, his tunes were not that powerfull but the whole crowd was in a good swing though so it was great, Then came another guy who looked more like a body builder than a DJ, but he played some good tunes though...... and slowly as the sun set happened the party again started with full power, more crowd came in, and this was the cream psy crowd...... it went on till 9:30 PM 1st and then the party ended.....
The deco was done very nicely, flash lights and neons added a punch to the whole ambince...... the backdrops and other paintings were amazing anf full on psychedelic.......
This will be shocking for guys who were not there, for me it was the first time such a thing happened in a psy party in goa........ Some were in the afternoon some time there was a little fight that happened between the body builder DJ and a guy on the floor, the DJ guy and few of his freinds ran behind the other guy and started bashing him right left and center, and then the security came and got everything under controll...... dono the reason for the fight but it was really bad to see such a scene and it gave a very negative impact on all and the party became a little slow, i guess it took an hour or so for the flow to come back........
Would like to know who was that body builedr DJ guy?......
Anyways, overall it was a nice party..... and we had a great time......
life is short, live it at its best. pleasure has no limits yet do it at the fullest |
