we've been talking about doin something like this in so cal. i have always wanted to go back in time. i've been using cd's for a few years now and my vinyl collection is all dusted up.
its good to see some of the original trance veterans of sf get together like this. i remember when dutch used to come to boston in 1995 with that magical goa vinyl. i remember when i asked him about the labels he was playing at a warehouse in providence. I had never heard that kind of trance before and i went to the record store the next weekend and wiped out the goa section. he pointed me in the direction i needed to end up where i am today.

Oooh this is great! I've come to SF after many many years and this is my reward  I've been living in the midwest and havnt ventured anywhere else psy-wise so im really pumped about this... and retrodelic goa is totally my niche!
I'm put up somewhere downtown so I'll be headed to the event myself at 9. I'd like to meet some of you SF-isratrancers too, so PM me and we can cheer a beer at the club.

What a goalicious good time!
Sorry, no pics from me this time. I was dancing too hard!
Every time I gazed toward the DJ booth, another glowing TIP face was staring back from the sides of the altar where some of the DJs had stacked their records.
Spook, Dutch, and Dirk reached into the depths of their collections and took us as far back as 1993!

Brilliant party. My first dose of SF and its a night I'll never forget.
Walked in during Saturnia's Goa set and felt the vibes right away. Billy and Josie really got the Goa spirit flowing with their amazing Shrine decor... didnt feel like it was a club at all.
Then in came Spook with his vinyl to rip the floor apart with some solid hours of pure goa journey. Liu's set grabbed the energy took it a notch higher. There was not a moment where I felt the connection break.
Thank you for playing those old Twisted and TIP sounds ...really took me back to the beaches back home.
SF really has a good vibe. Its something that is lost in most cities I go to. Loved meeting everyone there... and I'm glad I have a reason to go back there in the future.
