Hello people!!
John's own radio show 'Global Trance Grooves' has been enjoying it's own success for the past 12 months. Now comes the album.
To be released in October on John's own label JOOF Recordings. This will be John's first CD compilation in over 4 years away from the Euphoria series. John currently has some amazing unreleased music and this is shaping up to be his best compilation to date
Shortly after JOOF Recordings will release an unmixed album of some of the key tracks from the album. So you no longer have to wait over a year to get hold of the tracks that John has used.

He's been playing the supercheesy stuff for a while. Look at the tracklistings from his show: human blue, astrix, eskimo, electric universe, infected mushroom... |

he allways played those Astral Astrix tunes in his set, mixed up with super fast club trance.. actualy its sounds same. check his label Joof, IMO last label that release music like 8 years before we called GOA trance.

Wizzy Noise, Son Kite, Polaris, Alien Project etc he plays heaps of different psy. Since when has Human Blue been considered cheesy russ?
I like his sound and im looking forward to the album. What would you like to hear him play or is this just purely a commercial thing ? |

Yo Kristy and Moe,
I think Russ is one of the new cool breed who like sh*t like "South Of Heaven" and "666" eh? None of this nice "MUSICAL" trance for him... sure the night stuff is nice, but I think it's shows who makes real music when you can spread it across many genre`s. I love J00F's music, and his mixing is superb... an let me tell you that I've dropped many a track from his sets at sunrise/early morning outdoors, and the psy crowd has gone nuts!! |

John is playing a wide selection of Psy as mentioned above Polaris Wizzy Noise all the way to Astrix and Astral.Go John go.Nice one

His remix to Mahadeva is actually very refreshing.

he can play whatever makes him and his crowd happy, it's got nothing to do with me. but any money that comes back to trance artists is good news.
journey man project,
i have no idea what you're on about or who those groups are. i never said anything bad about him or his mixing. most dj's and musicians know what cheese is--some like it, some don't. i've booked human blue for a party myself, and i guarantee you that Dag would be the first person to call much of his music cheesy, especially his more recent music. |

Human Blue is ultra cheese indeed.
But it's Dutch gourmet cheese all the way.
