So I just got my hands in the entire 4 products in this short lived series. IMO one of the best compilation series for Chillout of all styles.
I also recently managed to get my hands on the Chillosophy series again after losing mine.
What ever happened to these kind of releases? I find a lot of the current compilations are trying to hard to be dub like Ott or psychedelic like Shulman et al. And then there's Ultimae, which since around '08 has just become so stale in style & sound hearing it makes my stomach turn sorry.
Any thoughts? Opinions?

I never had those compilations - Global Psychedelic Chillout or Chillosophy.
Have to disagree with the Ultimae comment. I'm loving their contemporary output.
I think styles might be different these days, and maybe labels have focussed on what they like, rather than trying to present a mixed bag. Dunno..
