Hi again , i was wondering if anyone out there had any tips on makin trippy leads like mushroom , wen i mean trippy i mean the rolls and notation sequence ect... also does anyone know or have any exotic key scales.
but the thing that gets my goat is intros, sure i cud use absynth for some spacy pads but id rather have a more 'intelligent' intro. Please help us out guys . |

you're asking for something that impossible use your creativity and knowledge to creat your kind of intro , but i can help you with the leads use albino's leads and put chorus and phaser on them , if you can't find something good enough for you try to make the sound that you want on your own usually it works for me
also use Firebird very good for leads. Good luck |

Hey Zak.. Do a search for scales on the Net, there are tons out there. Try using the oriental and dynasty scales to get an earthie trippy exotic sort of feel. And search for MIDI file there are also tons of cool samples scales out there to mess with. |

hey mate, buy some LSD and put in on the synths motherboard, if its a softsynth put some liquid lsd on a floppy disc and insert it, put the dll on the floppy disc and it will become infected with the acid and now your synths will freak out....
good luck! this is how i make my trippy leads and other trippy sounds!

It's true. A friend of mine did a gram of Ketamine one night and woke up with an awesome finished track.
Drugs definitely sort out all your production problems. |

yeah man absolutely truth!i even remember backin the BEVERLY HILLS 90210 days there was this guy colin,he was a succesfull painter and he was sneefing cocaine,like 2 g per day!he couldnt draw without it!
what proof more than that dou u want??

that ket must have been danced on to fuck, a G of proper ket would turn your head inside out and i doubt you would even be able to sit up not to mention writing a whole track.i dont think drugs help at all, especially ketmine!

i would recommend the following .....
Listen .... very carefully ... to a selected few of your favourite tracks .... two or three times over ..... on or not on any sustance - that choice is yours .... try to understand whats happeneing with the notes, chords, scales etc.... the best way to get your potential best is to FEEL it. You may be inspired to the point where it will just flow thru u .... and then thru the music u make.
There are nor hard n fast rules ... experimentation is the key to individuality .... free yourself!!

Sniff some glue, insert a vst ,get some osc with a saw wave, turn on a hipass filter, the resonance, and start tripping on the keysecuencer.
Ooo the tip is on the cutoff always, cutoff is the key for crazy sounds 
Dont forget to sniff some more glue
