hello everyone!
thanks for your patience. this was a long trip but we are happy to announce that Ghreg's eagerly awaited follow-up album is being released on 6 november 2009. It will be distributed through arabesque distribution to make sure that you can purchase it at the cd store of your choice.
we hope you will enjoy the sonic journey as well as the beautiful artwork.
the next planned release will be a mix cd from DJ Milosz and Stardust featuring exclusive tracks. stay tuned for more info.

i really dont understand tracks 7 & 8....dont seem to fit in with everything else at all...wondering whether this was a label move to brand this as a "crossover psytrance" album or ghreg actually wanted those 2 in the middle of the album cos for me personally they just seem odd and out of place...
Rest of the album is awesome..i think....Seems like its gonna take a while to sink in...definitely not as instantly gratifying as Sigilweaver...but its pretty spacey for sure and theres a strange vibe about it...

haven't heard the album in full length yet but I believe that mentioned tracks' presence and placement is just as intentional as everything on the cd & is creation of a very conscious mind
I can't see why one would want to call this "crossover psytrance". for that matter, i wouldn't even recommend to call it anything at all. stop labeling things. this is unique, as everything is. man, those two tracks totally fit in my opinion it is a journey. it's fully up to the artist what stages of psychedelia he/she wants to introduce.
should modern trance be strictly limited to the old 4/4 formula? |

just to clarify...by crossover I just mean bringing in influences from other styles...I did not mean it as a label...I do understand that it must have been ghregs decision as im sure this is entirely his vision... And no i dont believe modern trance to be strictly 4/4 formula...
Its more those tracks i specified seem to shift from the vibe created from the other tracks...at least to me...sure it sounds like ghreg but melodically i find them a bit different from the other stuff...they shift from the mechanotribal sound of the other tracks..its a different zone...and the transition into and out of those tracks seems a bit awkward to me...if this was ghregs intention then It doesnt matter...But when i hear this album as a journey from start to finish those tracks just dont make sense to me....they dont seem to be integrated into the style of music that dominates most of the album..

The best pieces of music are not always the most pleasing on first listen....
