It was fun to see/hear Ghreg play some new stuff, and one of the tracks he played I thought was very good although I am not sure which one. One thing that I disliked alot was the total lack of mixing that was done in his set. No mixes at all, hardly even much of an intro/outro fade...
The video they had looping was pretty cool...
I don't know if I had ever heard a dj spin "industrial" before... I try to steer clear of the genre... What they were playing was like a psytrance track stripped of all substance down to it's kick, snare, and hi-hat... Then a single layer of hammer hitting metal sound thrown over the top... That was pretty much it... |
