Had the pleasure of hanging out with this amazing man, he has the lowdown on everything in the music recording industry since the 60s. As enlightening as it was to hear about everything he did, story after story it reached a point of ridiculousness to know that pretty much every hit pop record had him playing the backbeat or had producers sample his work, more often without proper credit... from the Beatles all the way into the 2000s.
They used his skill, chewed him up and spat him out of the mainstream scene, he should be one of the most celebrated and financially successful musicians in the world yet he still lives a very simple and humble life.
