Wako, sorry to tell you, but San Pedro is mescaline not ketamine. Mescaline is a long multi hour very visual trip, Ketamine is known in its steet name as Special K or Horse Tranqualizer... totally diffrent things... when i did Salvia for the first time in Australia, i had the best time for 15 minutes.... but its no way near what i had from DMT! that was pure insanity. also, here in new york its legal also, and i dont think its going off any time soon

yeah man, i use to be a medic in the army, i know for a fact that people used to make lots of $$$ from selling ketamine from "tarmil rofe" (doctor's pack) and replacing it with saline soultion ith ketamine label... dont want to think what will happen if it was actually needed in an emergency. when i did K i cooked it from liquid to crystal myself and it was great! although i didnt smoke it, sniff sniff... I've never done san pedro naturally but i did do micro dots, which are the synthetic form of mescaline... i hear san pedro is wacky! and takes about 1-2 days if you do it right.... too much for me..

Ketamine is used i.v (inta venus) meaning in the vrid when you have to treat severe trauma injuries, ive seen it live when a soldier in my base was hit by the gate to the base that was hit by a supply truck. its a tricky situation cause you need to relax the patient but not mess with his regular breathing.. i cant go into so much detail but it has to do with the autonervous system... ketamine is perfect since it relaxes the muscles, blocks the pain, yet never slows down berathing or heart rate, so the doctor could get accurate measures from the patient and not worry about whether he/she is like this due to the drugs or due to the injury. hope i helped..

About salvia..
well it's pretty great imo..
i bought one packet from "little amsterdam" in Tel-aviv.
the forst bowl i smoked did hit me pretty good,i didnt know what exactlly to expect ( i read alooot about it,but nothing can really preper you)..i noticed mostly loss of motoric abitlity,in my arms and legs (not complitly but a little bit)
and i was almost not able to speak..my mouth refused to open!
really weird feeling.
the second and third time had better results.
i smoked more the one bowl and kept the smoke in my lounghs for alot longer.
i actually felt drifting in to a diffrent reality.
i got this feeling of being beyond evry sense of reality i had ever been.
i was so amazed by those great discovery
that i just sat there smiling.
allthough i didnt get in to any kind of visual distorstions,nothins special,except from the room bending around slitly. 
anyways ppl...i recomend it 
but  try not do the first time alone,you might be overwhelmed by the feeling,it can get kinda scary.especially for those who never did REAL drugs 
with that said,i think one can get the most inceredible results from salvia while sitting alone in a quite room,and mediteiting.
i'll try it soon
