Are they people/Labels that trying to find talentes on the net?? like on mp3.com?

mp3.com didn't try to find new talents - mp3.com was all about money... A few years ago psynews.org and Inpsyde Media had a competition, where the winners would be on a compilation...
Otherwise use this forum... there are loads of labels represented in here...
