i think must been 5500 people there this year... and for sure the massive police checks scared away a bunch of party guests ... from what i heard its still not sure if there will be another vuuv next year....
anyway i had a blast ... one of the best soundssystems ever at partys and an awesome lasershow ... which im normally not a big fan of but that one was very impressing...
the organisation was top notch and nothing to claim about at all
Music wise i missed some more nighttime acts on the mainfloor but all in all was a nice flow of music...
Highlight for me was Koxbox who played also an awesome DJ set which surprised me a lot ... and Shiva Jörg playing some remixes/remakes of old Shidapu classics...
and Scotty playing the last set and keeping the people danceing although heavy rain
enjoyed my set at the openmindfloor as well ...
really hope that one of Europe's best and oldest Festivals have its 18th edition next year !!

Yup, the police scared the shit out of a lot people, I know many that didnt go cause of the police.
One option is to take the trains, they never check on the trains, but still, then you cant bring any drinks, water food supplies etc...
But the police are really putting their strangle hold on the VooV, they were so mean to us even though we had absolutely no drugs and were as sober as a 80 year old nun.
I had to pay 30 Euros because I didnt have my seat belt on, and they bitched at us because the case of beer wasnt porperly secured in their opinion. And then the asshole went like "You should be happy Im such a nice guy, because I could give you a fine for the unsecured beer". And our driver had to take a sweat test coming INTO the festival!!! WTF, do they think we take our drugs before???? Of course it came out negative, and they let us go. But it took 30 minutes for the whole ordeal. Fuckers!!!
