Apologies for not being able to mix visuals on the chill stage. Next time for sure!

If anyone can please help me, I haven't been able to read anywhere, Who was the DJ on the chill stage around 2am saturday night? He was wearing what seemed to be a bathrobe. He was an older guy maybe 35 or so years old. He told me his website but I didn't remember and need to get a hold of him.

Unfortunately our arrangements for a shade structure and dome fell-through at the last minute, so I was unable to set the stage for visuals as I had planned. Did you get some time on the main stage to show your DVDs?

I recall Ryan/F-Key wore a smoking jacket, being the pimp daddy he is. But he played at 11pm.

Here's the line up. Maybe the links will jog your memory?

The only substitution Saturday night was Dave and Dean from Psybooty laying down a superb tag-team progressive set in place of Itteki.           Saturnia

damn was that a good time or what...? My joints will be aching for some time to come.

It was sooo truly wonderful to see so many of my favorite people from around the country all together in one place, at probably what is the annual event that has the most special place in my heart of any....

Belden, is a truly awsome location, really one would be hard pressed to find any spot more beautiful or with the comforts that Belden has.
The sound was super good, athough a little overwhelming at times... (but maybe im just getting to old, whats the expression "if its too loud, your too old")....
Musically i loved it, but i must say that i think Solomoon, Shapestatic and Meta were my favs of the show.
I was bummed to have missed out on some sets though notably Konflux and Medi-monks

counting the days untill next year

Another kickass time! Well worth the 9 hour drive from So-Cal.

I think next year I am going to fly into Reno and rent a car from there... someone said it is only a 2 hour drive that way... I had a great time this year, but unfortunately I missed a bunch of acts I wanted to see just because I couldn't start driving until friday evening.

But I'm not in much position to complain, I was amazed at how many people came from thousands and thousands of miles away. This made a huge difference and made this party even better than last year, if such a thing was possible.

Thanks for all the kind words from everyone about my music... I guess it means you're doing something right when both DarkPsy DJs and the head of PsyBooty records both like your music. Thanks guys!

Thanks again to Rich and all the party crew! Amazing work as always.           http://soundcloud.com/aeon604

This event was incredible. I had a 17 hour drive to get there but it was fully worth it and I hope to go again next year (flying perhaps).

Belden Town is the best venue I've ever seen. It was wonderful to be able to camp and swim right there by the stages.

I don't know many of the DJs' names, but everyone I heard was playing some seriously wicked beats.

I was surprised by how excellent the visuals and decorations were. They were on par with (or even better than) the trance stage at last year's Electric Daisy Carnival. Considering the difference in budgets I'd say the Gemini crew deserves some mad applause.

Someone told me the visuals on the main screen were a DVD made by Dr. Spook. Can anyone confirm that? I might snag a copy if it's available for sale.

Most people seem to have dressed up at least a little. That adds a lot to a party, so thanks to you all.

And a huge thanks goes out to everyone involved in making this event happen. It was an amazing success.

Top-notch event with incredible performers and attendees!
I had a great deal of joy presenting my most recent material. Thanks Leptit for warming up the crowd so well before my set.
Enormous thanks to Rich and friends for the good intent and the energy and desire to create something like this.

There are so many words that I want to say about his experience that I had. Overall my prediction came completly true--best party ever!

The venue was amazing. I have never seen anything like it, I kept looking around and realized that I was in absolute paradise at a psychedilic resort. The venue was nothing short of amazing. Local scenery blew my mind every time I opened my eyes or turned my head. And the food was astonishing, I never ate so much at a party! I was just so taken back by everything.

The sound was superb. Some of the cleanest that I have heard. Crispy deep fried bass just the way I like it...mmmm. Friday night was amazing, musicaly, I noticed that everyone played SO GOOD! Collision, FaceHead, MediMonks, SHOTU, MOKSA just to name a few that stood out to me. It is so hard when ALL the music is perfect!!! No decisions needed hahaha!!

Saturday, I was walking around amazed at how perfect the weather was. The whole weekend it was awsome, not to hot, and always a breeze. Saturday I relaxed as never before, lazyness filled my day as pattymelts and local brews filled my belly. Working up to the night, Solomoon blew me away once again with some organic bliss, it was so nice to see that guy again. I really enjoyed Random, really groovy stuff. Everyone rocked out on Sat night. I love the energy you got Witchdokta, I felt your energy radiating onto the dancefloor and I had a great helping of it. Relentless track selection. Thank you everyone who rocked it during my set. I must say that was the funnest time that I have had playing for the BEST crowd EVER! I love the Ooze, really ronchy stuff that makes ya wanna boogy down with your bad self. It is any dark psy lovers dream to see brains, Tom Greg and Bodhi all sharing one stage. It was a sight to see and hear. They rocked the shit out of it, really squeeky psychedellic bass heavy goodness.

Ok now is where it just gets ridiculous. SUNDAY MORNING! Best one EVER!!! Clean perfect sound, beautiful people, beautiful weather, amazing dancefloor, cold beers, I was in heaven. Seriously, everyone who played on Sunday morning tore the living daylights out of it. Amazing funky sound that just made ya fall in love with life again!!! There are no favorites here, everyone gets an effin gold star! Paradigm (tight flawless mixing, perfect tracks, great flow) META (SUPER DUPER one of my weekend faves), Lauren (also a weekend fave), Saturina (WoW, funky stuff that was a blast to shake it to), Christine and everyone else who made it a point just to get down and enjoy life!!! I LOVE YOU ALL!!! I can't wait to see all of you on the dancefloor next year. I can't wait!

Till next year, keep it goan and boomin...boom boom!!

Namaste,

Nick

Oh no worries...unfortunately I wasn't able to bring my laptop anyways. I actually had to take out a loan on it in order to be able to go in the first place! I would love to VJ on the main stage next year though! I was dying all night long wishing I could unleash some of my own visual content. I must give mad props to Dr. Spook and the VJ who went on Friday night...good stuff!

They're from his DVD Geospirit 1: Virtual Vortex (www.geomagnetic.tv) I recommend it! Tracks from Scorb, Chromatone, Neuromotor etc.

And Meta: I'm from Reno, and yes, its only a 2 hour scenic drive. North on 395 to Hallelujah Junction, west on 70 til you see the familiar red bridge!           .

So here goes. Words can't describe the sense of community I felt last weekend. What else could I say besides that fact that I really feel like the people who came together to put this thing on are the epitome of everything that this wonderful community of ours is supposed to represent. Thanks to EVERYONE who came and who made our time together what it was. To all ofhe dancers, the visionaies, the artists, the musicians, and all of the beautiful spirits who came together and THREW THE F*CK DOWN this past this weekend, thanks for making our trip to california so wonderful!

Love and Light!
