Just saw Ajja (nice guy!!) and OOOD at UP this last week, and I gotta say, we are all in for a treat at Belden this year.
Ajja absolutely destroyed people around 2am New Years Day, and what a joy it was to hear such impeccable production. His sound is such a gem. I asked him about playing @ Gemini, and he said the votes on the "who should play gemini 2010" thread sealed the deal for him to say yes, and he's got some real special stuff for us.
And OOOD, jeez what needs to be said? I spoke w Colin in Barra Grande two days ago and he said he is super excited to see our lovely NorCal fest put on by the amazing 'Dokta. If they have anything planned for us that is even HALF what I just saw last weekend, you folks are never going to forget this Gemini.

Can´t say how proud and excited we all are to have been invited to add our humble contributions to Gemini Festival this year. Free festies like this are as rare as hen´s teeth and in our experience of putting on our own tiny teeny free parties and of enjoying those of our friends in the UK, the vibe is second to none... I´ve combed the review threads and from reading what everyone´s been saying, it only makes me want to give all I have and then some to make sure the Doctor´s decision pays off for you guys.
We´re looking forward to seeing you there for some Free Range OOOD action with all the trimmings... leave your BPM-counters at home, all you´ll need are your groove pants!

I can't wait to meet everyone I know and don't know. On the dancefloor, weather we smile at each other while we're doofing or I intensionally interupt your trance dance watering down the dust, as often as I do. Or maybe on the beach for a swim and a fatty to boot. At the chill dome grooving to the beats. In the saloon or on the porch. Ajusting the levels on the mixer to bring them out of the red. Walking around or at a camp. Is it June yet? |
