wooooow! I couldn't wait longer, and I have bought it from Itunes!!
First impression: A M A Z I N G !!!...
2nd impresiion: S U P E R B !!!...
3rd impression: F A N T A S T I C !!!!.....
Gaudi and Mr Namlook together......what a combination!
Three long tracks in the album, which creates a tridimensional soundscape where you can easily "float" on it.
For me, TOP ALBUM.

we finally have received this album , with attached Press Release (here below).
Our thought: this is a great great release!
Electronica, Experimentation and Dub , creating an unique texture, the production is superb.
-----------------------------------------------------------PETE NAMLOOK & GAUDI - Re:sonate
Hot off the press, FAX Records presents ‘Re:sonate’, the collaboration between German "ambient legend" Pete Namlook and London based artist/producer Gaudi. (worldwide release 23 January 2006, now in exclusive on iTunes). Re:sonate is an elegant work, a dubby melding of analogue synths, rippling percussion, skilled programming and immaculate production spanning an hour in 3 tracks! It combines Namlook’s ‘trademark’ lengthy meandering structures and spacey pads with Gaudi’s dub touch and unique ‘home-grown’ sounds, producing an end result that is both very Namlook and definitely Gaudi at the same time!… It retains the individual ‘flavours’ of each artist yet still manages to emerge as something distinctly different from either of their solo work… -What do you get if you cross a German ambient legend with a highly skilled Anglo-Italian maverick?… Re:sonate, …a work of passionate precision! www.namlook.de www.gaudimusic.com

after having "deeply travelled"... with this great great album, enjoying the fact that each track of it, is at least 20 minutes long and gives you the right time and the right space , I am looking for other releases with deep, long tracks like "Re:sonate".
...Has any of you guys any suggestion?.....
long atmospheric dark/dub tunes.....
thanxxxxxxxxxx

I think Sub Oslo might be what you're looking for. More like ten minute tracks, but nevertheless long, dark dubs. I prefer the album Dubs in the Key of Life, but the Rites of Dub is good too.

Anyway, Re:Sonate is pretty nice, I hope Gaudi continues to collaborate, his work with Testa and Tripswitch has been very nice as well.

so..where can we order our copy?
Music may not take us to the Moon or let us live forever, but as we enter trough the doors it is opening before us, we find things far beyond our everyday experiences..
