Try Vocal Writer for mac.
It allows you to insert any midi file you write and control each "note" with text-to-speech synthesis by typing what you want each note to say. So if you made a midi part with a succession of 1/8th or 16th notes, you could go back and easily make each note say a eee, ahh, ohh, or better yet, you could make it say sentences very fast to, if you are a bit more creative than the average trance producer.  hahah!!!!
