hello all, im just wondering how many of you producers here use computer games as a source for samples? I just bought an xbox and will soon sample the hell out of it! who else does this? |

Well i know that A.Rosengren wants to sample his playstation  And if i had a playstation 2 i would sample too... u can find some wery weird sounds from games

Check out Aphex Twin's early tracks, they are filled with Atari samples. There's this track where he sampled a voice saying "Insert coin" like the coin-op video machines. Weird sounds.
Also there's Daft Punk - Revolution 909 with "Sonic - the hedgehog" samples all over it.
