we´re happy to announce that the new galaxy
album, our 2nd output after the matenda album, will be released in nearly two weeks on chillcode music.
the albums name is "science of ecstasy" and
contains nine great trax which are highclassed produced and a timeless and golden piece of music.
after nearly 6 years of silence galaxy is
back with the new album and we´re sure you´ll like it ... this is for your summer!
galaxy aka electric universe, jupiter 8000 or paradise connection (boris blenn) who is the producer of this great album released already two albums under this name
on the wellknown oldschool label blue room.
he´s currently on world tour with his electric universe project!
the cd is soft-mixed without stops and is an absorbing and amazing journey into deeper spheres ...
its hard to describe galaxy´s sound because he owns an very singular style ... its the very special galaxy flavour which will delight your ears.

Indeed a worthy release!
Chillcode continue their holy work, after Matenda's album they continue to bring high quality psy-ambient forward.
Galaxy, who is the highly respected Boris Blenn (Electric Universe) don't fail the transition into chill, and I have to say it even flatters him.
"science of ecstasy" is a tightly produced album containg becautiful soundscapes that streach into forever. It takes you with it on a journey into the mind, romantically caressing your awareness with pure ambient sounds that develop in each track into mellow, soft grooves.
Its impossible to evaluate a release like this seperatly, track by track. This musical piece has to be experienced as a whole, which is (imo) the right way to consume music - not as seperate, favorite tracks but as a flowing creation that holds itself together by its own powers.
Chillcode is indeed basing itself as one of the important chillout labels, and after 2 releases as Matenda and Galaxy, we can only look for the best from these guys.

This is a gorgeous release.  His sound has retained his unique style, but with more flavor than ever. The journey continues from Angel....

It`s timeless and magic!

you dont have to wait long, the next chillcode release chillcd003 is planned for early 2005 and works again at swedish principle´s ...
... a deep blue release!
