so....Philly is a fuckin great city! Gaian Mind are the coolest crew ever! the people that came there were awesome! the deco was sick! the BEERS....OMG!
Perfect night out! really guys...thank you so much for inviting me and for being so cool!!!
Special thanks goes to Ben for doing the driving back and forth from New York and for being a good human being

Hey Nomonlos.. so much fun! We need to do it again soon. Or just get some beer... BTW everyone loved your music.. including especially myself.
Well, here I am all recovered from GMM on Friday then a full day/night of running sound at Burning Man Decompression.. and then a birthday party Sunday....
Truly a rock star weekend
I just hope I don't end up looking like Keith Richards....
But I have to say.. the Philly folks.. ALL of them.. are without a doubt the most amazing group it's been my fortune to know as friends and co-conspirators. They always lift my spirits and give me hope.
And this new series of monthlies are without a doubt a new high point in Philly psytrance. Better than ever.

definitely one hell of a party!
i came in on the rockin ride from nyc (many thanks to ben for that!) and then stayed around for the pex decom...by the time i took off sunday i was way too beat to make it all the way to rockstar status 
many thanks to all the enthusiastic dancers and all who made this weekend such a wonderful experience!
extra special thanks to pat and mel for all of their hospitality

I hopped on a chinatown bus at 10:30, was at the party around 12:30, danced until 3:30, was home by 6:00. In retrospect I should have gotten there as soon as it got started, but I'm habitually used to the late arrival.
The venue and vibe in Philly is a welcome change from the harsh commercialism in NYC. They seem genuinely happy to have the crowd, rather than viewing the non-alcoholics as unprofitable. Its a more intimate and friendly experience than NYC events tend to be.
As long as there is someplace to relax after the early closing (2am, offically) -- That pre-dawn drive back to NYC was...intense
I like Nomolos' style, too. Glad I had the chance to hear him.

that was a SUUPPER fun party! thanks to the Gaian Mind crew for that!! that party had an excellent vibe..the place looked beautiful...and the music was very very cool! i LOVED nomolos!WOW! he played some of my all time favorite tracks...it really felt like an old school party. love the vibe and crowd so much..we'll be back very very soon..its hard not to after that.
