PDT in New York has made a bacon-infused bourbon, but they fry the bacon, shake with bourbon, chill, the fat separates from the alcohol, then the fat and bacon bits are removed. The result is just smoky, not meaty at all. This version sounds quite different.
My girlfriend and I will be in New York this weekend, so we'll make a trip down for this. I'm very much looking forward to seeing my Philly and NY friends again.

If you are coming to the party from New York and do not have a car...
It's very easy to get to the party from NYC. Just take the Chinatown bus from NYC to Philly ($20 round trip). This will drop you off at 11th and Arch Street in Philadelphia. From there just jump in a cab and tell them you want to go to Second and Lombard. It will cost approximately $8. I used to do this all the time when I was living in nyc, it will take you about 1.5 hrs...hope to see you there!
