Well, i just didn't want to add my review to another thread opened by dear Asaf cause i completly don't agree with him and other guys there.
I've decided open another one--> positive!
The Shed was great!
We came to the party around 1 after midnight. Yea, we were aware this is going be in some kind club bla-bla, whatever, but we also knew that we are going to open a new season + celebrate purim + enjoy like hell! Yes this wasn't 100% nature, but at least got some 75% and also trance can take you away whatever roof/floor you got. Beside as already said the dancefloor was 3/4 open, and may be it was good to have a roof to keep us from cold night weather games.
In the beginning we had some exciting moments when seen so much security, but that was only for good and they were actually positive guys, no extra questions, searches. they did their work and were very polite and nice, especially one of them who always smiled at me;)
Entering the floor...whatta amazing decor they got there. No longs...but awesome colorful hand made decorations all through the roof and some ultra-projectors to give it some kind of magic touch which brought this place a unique look and atmosphere! When you just enter the floor, you cannot understand where and what. It looks more like hangar with some lights at another side, Coming closer you discover an amazing "party- control" stage
VJing was at it's highest level and if it was possible to bring much bigger (wider-screen) projector, we all could travel inside different worlds, which actually happend to some of us. The VJing was really at high-top level. I knew these guys before and this time they really improved working with 2 computers and 1 video mixer. Brillian and hard work it was!
So DJ Asher (Asherun) started with progressive, i recognized some of his tracks... People started to come and fill the place...Good set, some mixing coincidents but nice warm-up to prepare for a long night battle! Only in the end of set Asher gave some harder progressive preparing us to the feature...
Gula, heh guys, probably not all of you understood what went there in the beginning.
Did you notice some naughty girl dressed like witch with some magic stick and mask on her face, jumping all around, taking "interview" and making different noises?!:) She was like a wind...did you ever seen a DJ who brought her (his) energy and emotions to all just like she did? Puff-girl! thumbs up! Her set was amazing, enjoyed all of it. Yea, you can say again those bla-bla but i went to enjoy and didn't pay attention at anything! she's got it! great dj skills and crowd feeling. Warming you up and taking into night trip. Her last hour was simply great!
Next dj wasn't surprise for all, cause we all know and love him, but what he did was a BLAST!!!
Ladies & gentelmen, those who didn't come, you've just missed an amazing BLT's Live Set!!!
what a present for all of us! That was real fucking LIVE!!! All in white like a doctor ( but his dress was ment to be a cook)
I still have no words to describe what he did to me, god it's so hard and i am sure you all have it sometimes, when your brain cannot describe anything with earth's languages, whenever this is your mother tongue or not...
Late night- early morning groove and so touchy inside! His music was simply ruling my brain's wave, giving me directions and taking me over the roof with his flying-up melodies! No more words, guys, it's all inside of me and i don't remember so good what i was doing while his set with my body, i felt only my mind. The only set when i didn't leave a danceflood for a sec and haven't smoke a single cigarette cause couldn't command to my hands stop flying. Almost no old tracks were play there, couple of them though, but as i said that was a LIVE set and all music was totally new to me.
(little point, take a look next time on how BLT does play and experience his own music, the thing can make you get into the VIBE.)
In the morning we had surprise and additional outside speakers which didn't work all the night, suddenly startedto "cook"
After his set i couldn't stand, I was finished and when Gabi went on, i finally took my rest, talk to people and look at the beaty surroundings and rising sun! what a plur was in this place! So pity i couldn't joined Gabi's set, but you could get waves from the crowd digging near the speakers. Hopefully you'll see it soon in a party gallery....
Too much left to be described and more just can't be by words. We left in the middle of Gabi's set, but it could last forever...
I've met there too much friends and sorry those whom i didn't say "goodbye", i tried to find you all on my way back.
To sum up:
I don't know what you were talking in another thread guys, it ain't my deal either. I got what i wanted and even more then it! Amazing party, people, music, and even location cause i wasn't disappointed there for a single sec (only the fact i couln't go on in the morning) Thank you Gabi & Twins, you brough my body and mind back to business. You are the best!!!
Thanks to my friends: CyberPunk & Lilka, 2nd russian division (Mishka, Eugene, Yulik (commandor) & Gang) , Stas, Shay, Zeli, Lior, Noam, Amit, Ram (VJ), Ido & Galit, Keren, Sandra & Limor, Asaf. And Gula, finally we've met;))))
Of course Shahar (the chief) & Merav. Gaby & Twins you are great!
Sorry if didn't name some, i know who u r!:)

p.s. Now we've got some MORE energy to finish and bring you soon the new generation of isratrance community. 1st ever intelligent forum!

its was GREAT!!!
i like the place its was cool the decor was amazing!!!
after talking 2 gula(BTW gula 10x for the help..:-)) 2 finding the place we got there on 2:45am asher playing we dont come in the rigth time 2 hear him 2 bad.. but then gula.... well like ShivaS siad: "She was like a wind" just do the nigth... GREAT MUSIC Great set!!! dance like crazy..:-)
than BLT do his magick on me Great set..!!
this party was a great way 2 open the summer's partis..!!
thank u Gaby & the Twins like always amazing just waitin 2 the next 1..!!

Yeah, apparently we had a different experience, so I'll and my review here as well.
We came at around 1AM, we knew very well what to expect as Gabi & the Twins said well before it's gonna be half indoor, as they organize their parties well in advance and didn't wanna take a chance of rain. It has nothing to do with the fears of the center people, like grannie, that Gabi told me he was amused to discover.
We came in to discover the best decoration that I ever saw in an indoor place- all the hanger 100m long and open from the side, was covered in amazing stuff and it all was very colorful. There were beautiful faces all around, and we saw a lot of the tribe people. A lot of the people were in customs and it was great, though I wish more were- maybe if you would were more into the holiday spirit, Asaf, you would have a better experience?
DJ Asherun dressed as a sport elegant DJ started and warmed the party just nice, when Gula K, as queen of the porcupine fairies took on and really kicked ass with a grinding set. The night ended and BLT, dressed as a shef that escaped from the lunatic asylum started cooking, an amazing powerful live set, with a lot of the new material from he's upcoming album. The change in the sound when Yuli came up was just obvious- the sounds really melted me. During Yuli's set the outer wall was folded, the two big doors opened and 2 more speakers were added outside, and a lot of the people moved outside. I danced like crazy all night, till the end of Yuli's set, when my bad physical shape caused me to give up. Gabi's set was real good also, he surprised with a more relaxed openning, which I think was in place, and when he started to get uplifting we left, just in time apparently, as the police followed real soon.
And yeah- definitely a very good word for the VJs!
A great party, with great beautiful colorful people, nothing better you can expect from half indoor happening. I had a wonderful weekend.

hey all
first i wanna many many thanx 2 cyber punk ...
who let me know and pull me out of my bed ...
i did all the way from tel aviv and boy i loved it !!!
the place was well well well well decorated ,and i must say
it was perfect place !!
it's funny people were crying about out door , i think this
place is much better 4 weather like that !!!!
anyway i came around 2:00 am , the security was great , not
2 many brown eyes ... :)
the sound system was great , althow at night i heard some
skeeks from the right speakers ...
mybe it was the mdma ? ? ? ? ? ?
i loved blt !!! thank you man , great great work ...
morning set by this bold head guy was amazing , and the crowd
was butifulll !!!
thank you all - i hope u enjoyed the way i did ...
i hope u enjoyed my dance ...
the break beat guy ...

and another thing
the only reason ppl were bit disapointed from this party was cuzz twins do high level parties
so they create very high expectations
thats all!
all i haerd is that the last they did in tzaft was one of best location in isreal
so..its understood that ppl compare this to this
and will be disapointed...

Dubi, may be tsfat was one of the best, but party was worst of them.

not everyone did heavy digging to find that its half half
there is enough ppl that only need to hear twins and they are on they way to the party
cuzz again they are known for good party and good vibe
and im sure the ppl was freindly faces and not unfreindly arsim.. |
