do you know some utility that could arrange fxb soundbanks or join some fxp in some fxb file?

You know, a preset soundbank utility software to manage the presets...

Thanks in advance...
I heard about dmbankmaker but cant find it anywhere and i just googled this kind of software, no succesful results, help me, please.
