It's got 60 some filter types with which you can use 4 filters at one time, plus delay, some of the filter types are, Formant Filters (through all vowels) bit crushers, phasers, flangers, 36db slope filters, notch, hp, bp, lp, peak, and other odd ends. Everything is modulateable by lfo's or multi point envelopes or midi controls etc...
It comes with a synth, and with just the FX unit.
Plus it's FREE

well in that case why not cubase 4.1, now you can sidechain from/to anything.
