So ok whilst I'd like to go all hardware I'm a realist starting out and would like some tips on good software FX.
Reverb, distortion, filters, echo/delay etc.
I'm going for the early goa sound but also really love the spaced out tech feel of The Delta "Send In Send Back" album (and to an extent X-Dream "Irritant" album).

Thanks for all the info. Looks like I'll got the Ohm Force FX Bundle in another month or so, but will do some more research until then. Think it'd work well with my other software, samples etc. that I'll be collecting. Cuntus Maximus. |

must have for me are some of the valhalla plugs,some of soundtoys , relab lx480 is very dense and phat/warm reverb i find it great for minimal genre as it can be really meaty, it s like the moog of verb to me..it s a very close almost spot on emulation to the 480L lexicon reverb..
and then some plugs here and there from all these companies listed and more like logic ones.. tal also have some good one, juno chorus, filter..
a mix of hardware/software fx really worth it imo.. |
