Aurora Fia aka Aurora comes from the wild and frozen north of Sweden. Based in the UK now, in the last 12 months she has played gigs in Holland, Goa, Australia, England and Sweden, supported acts as Hux Flux, Fractal Glider, Scorb and Dick Trevor. She has an instinctive ear for the music and a natural technique (for mixing!), as well as a woman's intuition for reading the dance floor. Aurora likes to play music that keeps you bouncing with a smile on your face. The one thing that she will bring to her sets every time is the sense that you've been taken on a journey without leaving the dance floor.

Lurk is 28 and has been listening to electronic music since his first party, an Orb album launch party in 1993; he discovered psytrance about a year and a half after that and bought decks in '96, initially because all the best music was on vinyl. When vinyl started to die out, he invested in cdj's and went on from there

Lurk's taste in music covers a large section of psytrance (as you can see from the tracklists below), from progressive morning music to screaming, dark night music. What he plays at a party depends very much on what time it is, and the mood of the crowd. His favourite psy is anything that is bouncey, groovy, and if it puts a smile on the faces of the dancers, so much the better. He definitely won't play anything that sounds too much like techno ;o)

Lurk started playing out in 1999 at Boom! records label parties, and went on to be booked at parties all over Holland, as well as organising the respected Hoi Pol Loi parties with friends. After being made an official Boom! Records label DJ in 2003, bookings started coming in from overseas. In the last 18 months he has played club gigs in the UK for 180Degrees (twice) and Planet Shroom, outdoor gigs in India and plenty of both in Australia, as well as having a regular guest slot on Sydney's biggest, independent radio station, FBi. He has also played in the Netherlands and Sweden. He has supported acts like Eskimo, Protoculture, Rastaliens, Mindfield, Dick Trevor, SunControlSpecies, Fractal Glider, Misted Muppet and Legohead.

Now living back in the UK, he is available for bookings, price is negotiable (depending on the size and nature of the party), upwards from just travel expenses for a free party. He also plays back to back sets with Aurora (Beyond Logic Records).

Vazik is one of the best known and respected dj's in the psychedelic trance scene in Mexico. When he's on the turntables he always pleases the crow with extrodinary sests that mix the essence and power of trancem, always creating a hypnotic fusion. He has played at the most important psychedelic trance events in Mexico. He has been djing for three years now, but he was involved in creating music before he ever started spinning. He is a master in playing the electric guitar and formed part of a group for 5 years before entering the trance scene. He now plays at the best psychedelic trance parties held all over Mexico and is head of the Psyrde organization. Who have organized parties with national talengts as well as dj's like Antaro, Solly Doolally, Maili, Shiva Chandra and Mopusa Mopusa. He has had the opportunity to play with dj's and live acts like: Dj Guys Till, Dj Cozi, Organic Noise, Dj Planet BEN, Dj Sam, etc..
Dj Vazik along with Psyrde and dj Geza are now working on an opening the Mexican trance scene to the rest of the world and creating alliances with Dj's and live acts from around the globe.

El Zisco Francisco Oyarce, born Chilenean, age 36, lives in Hamburg.
El Zisco himself describes his music as “Psy-Tech”: “I’m very much influenced by the English scene, as well as by many House-Techno DJs, which is audible within my kind of Trance.” His first production with “freier orbit” will be partly released with Freeform records, summer of 2003.

“I started what I do now five years ago, initially at small private parties and eventually at festivals such as Fusion or Berlin’s Hanfparade. My productions, however, have their own preceeding story: Like many people I know, I used to play in rock bands for which I also composed songs. One day I had the idea of using my Atari computer to make music. Initially being very experimental, I started to be interested in Trance and Techno music around 1993, without really knowing it myself. A couple of years later when I started visiting those parties, I realized what it was that I’d been looking for! This “realization” was a long process which is still my companion today.

Selected appearances:
Hanfparade Berlin, FUSION, Phonodrom HH, Tonwerk HH, Juice Club HH, Flora HH

Gaby I started to dj for about 10 years ago, when I was 18. I was always swimming in trance music - through all colours (acid, progressive)... till I fall a
few years ago into psytrance! It was amazing... feeling it deeper than each other trance music ever. With my friend Damian, I built up our slovene psytrance
organisation, called W.O.T. (World of trance). We started to organise monthly psy partys around Slovenia. The scene was growing.

We decided to make the first psytrance radio show, with the same name as our organisation. And so we have each week the show on a local radio station in Ljubljana (capital of Slovenia) and the scene growed up. I'm happy about it to helped at it and show the people also different kind of music.

My style is colourful, but it depents at which time I'm playing. It moves from groovy psy over mystic driving psytrance to beutiful morning psy groove.

I played already in Thailand (Krabi, Koh Phangan), The Netherlands (Amsterdam), Italy (Trieste), Swiss (Bern), Austria (Vienna, Villach, Klagenfurt, Linz), Macedonia (Skopje, Bitola), Serbia (Belgrade), Bosnia (Mostar, Capljina), Croatia (Zagreb, Pula, Split, island Pag, ...) and everywhere in Slovenia (Ljublajan, Maribor, Celje, N.Gorica, ...)

My future plans are for sure to express myself also through my own music - to produce myself - and give the people through that happiness!

thanx for the massive informartion!!

the fusion festival is one of the most innovative electronic events, where you will listen to all kinds of modern subculture music. the location is also unique (old airport of the sowjets with a lot of hangars) and the people mix each from different scenes: house, techno, trance, electro, club...

for a few years the trancesound was always very innovative, last year was sadly not like this (only fullon-formular-x standarts), i hope this years will be a step into the future again.
