Funky event near the solstice?

Hey all... I am making this enquiry for a friend who is visiting Israel on birthright around the time of the summer solstice (June 23rd-ish). She is by no means into trance at all but would like to hit up a party. I wonder if anyone knows of something interesting that might feature funky music of some kind (breaks, jungle, house, freestyle) with a bit of trance on the side (not as the main focus)... it might be a bit off topic but I wouldn't know where else to look  even an outdoor with a 2nd stage chill-out or downtempo zone might be cool depending on the acts... but whatever it is, no full-on/commercial stuff, I know she'd hate me forever if I suggested she attend something like that thanks for any help.
