I think it's Sesto Sento - Getting Fused (Silicon Sound rmx).

And are there more tracks in that direction surfing around in the fullon explosion

I don't think it's released.
I think you should check Sesto Sento's first album "The Inner Light".

Check the samples in this link, it's different full on from 139 to 141 BPM...
