I feel quite hapless to make a groovy & powerful fullon base. Bass always sounds dirty and KB patter is not so clear.

What are the major principles of yours to build up goove fullon base?

just presume, i've got bazzism, vb-1 and lm7? it should be "easy" and possible, but still won't be satisfied for own results.

What would be bazzism and vb-1, track setting when using cubase?

ps. one thing more. it's recommended to cut/boost something -+3 in the most of cases, but cannot hear any changes when doing it, in any fq. it has to be more than 6db. i use behringer 8021A. these aren't good enough?

Sounds like you just need more practise to train your ears. With practise you should easily be able to hear 0.5 dB changes.

sounds more like a monitoring issue to me.

+1

I remember not being able to hear no difference at all when doing a full turn the "ring" knob on v-station back when I had no good monitoring. Yea, it was THAT critical.           Jesus loves you...
But the rest of us think you're a tranny.
