ok i downloaded it!!
nice and atmospheric track but i find the drum loop to loud and its hidding the kick!
the atmosphere is nice but it doesnt really take ya somewere i find the track lacking some synths and chord action to make it more dominent and interresting!
overall some nice work and i think the finished version would not have this issues!
keep them comming!!

I like that track, why do you call it "cheesy"? Nice bassline and a very good kick! I think when you "polished" the track and maybe added some little details it will be a very nice one.
How did you make that kick? Its somehow round, smooth but pumping in a nice way. It's kind of different from the ones used e.g. in fullon and supports the proggy-feeling in your track I think. Could you give us some tips how to achieve that sound? That would be great!
Keep on the good work,
martyn
