I dunno if anyone mentioned these artists, if so, oh well;
OOOD has some fullon-sounding tracks, not like usual fullon but it works well in a fullon set.
Error Corrective is really SA-like, but not, I like em a lot. Stompy night time fullon that would work well in or outdoors.
Bon always delights me, melodic, but moody and atmospheric too. Im basing this off his album 'Underground Resistance' on Digital Psionics, I think he's got a new one, and I don't know if its the same good stuff. Can't imagine he would quit being so cool though.
4 Winds Circle had a nice track on Spirit Zone's Love Sound Devotion, dunno about any others but I dug that one.
Darkpsy's album Silent Noise on Sin has a unique style that sort of straddles 'dark' and fullon. Works well with SA stuff IMO.
Scorb's newest album Ipso Fvcto on Trick Music has some interesting tracks though may sound too dark for some. Deviant Species-ish. His older stuff is classic, too.
Organic Hybrid caught my attention with a live set of theirs floating around the web, don't know where or what they've released but their live is stompin'.
Most of the Japanese artists on ELF Music's compo Far East Technology are great, though, I can see some people complaining about a couple being too cheesy. Fizzy's track in particular I like.
If you like that Fizzy track on ELF check out Par2's Mainspring Motion which is available free from Ektoplazm.com, also some nice fullon on that release, and other Par2 stuff, though, Par2's sound is pretty broad, Jikkentekki in particular has a lot of different elements in his work.
Check out pretty much anything on Ektoplazm.com, tons of free fullon there, and its pretty much all good. All other styles can be found there too, lots of good techtrance particularly the Digital Diamonds releases.

+1 - they do get a bit dark sometimes, but those cats are sick.
