I'm never sure how to fit artists/tunes into genres, so i dunno if others will agree, but...
some of Bliss's older tunes, i.e. "Final Cut" "Upside Down" and "Around the Little End" are, imo, some of the sickest full-on tunes - hard and very psychedelic, but still positive and not too abrasive. his newer stuff seems to have sorta lost the magic and gotten too mainstream/commercial...
and I just saw Hallucinogen live
dunno if you could call it full-on, but his new record is shaping up to be a monster

have a look at the new nano eps:
everblast (chromatone vs earthling)- the who factor
hopi and friends - the animal
have to agree with the posts about the terrafractyl album, hands down best morning album this year for sure
tron album - er.... i dont know. maybe i havent heard it carefully enough... floating point sounds cool though
another ep worth looking at is va - feel the flow (logical light records) - has tracks back by chronic avenjahs (chromatone vs helios), megadrop (random vs helios) and helios
i also thought the rinadink ep - ssd on alchemy was pretty nice
also worth looking forward to would be the m-theory album - alchemy is rarely off with their releases
as for the first stone - its a burn in noise side project with 2 other guys (one of them runs vagalume records) - pretty slick stuff there too
look out for those vagalume eps too (mercury, venus and the sun are the 3 that i know of) - have tracks by burn in noise, first stone, 28, logica and a couple more acts
also atomic culture album should be out soon although that being a good thing is perhaps questionable
