Im confused about which parties i want to go to!Im looking for really full on psy trance, trippy, scary and not minimal at all, everytime i go out it seems to be to minimal or "progressive" (doesnt sound very progressive to me just plods alond not going anywhere) now i think the tunes are exellently produced but very boring for me.
I have been to chichime, natural order, mindscapes, tipworld, astral phoenix etc etc and out of these parties only astral phoenix and tipworld have been anything but boring music-wise, but they were more GMS/etc based sounds which are not trippy or nightimey enough for me. I just woke up from Chichime with astral projection and allthough i had a wicked night i just got bored by the music again!
I did think that Enlightenment's party at the rex was exellent though, amazing decor and full on night time trance that quite frankly scared me silly (thats what i want) and certain sets at boom festival amazed me into the floor, but am i ever going to hear this music regularly in london? I just know that if they did i would be dancing for the whole night with the biggest smile on my face!
Who was it that played before aphid moon at medusa? i really enjoyed that set but i thought aphid moon was again too techno/boring for me.
