Hey mate, theres a bunch of cd os samples with loads of effects, but if you want originality just mess around with your synths and record any strange weird sounds that u find interesting

You safest and most easy make FX from what you allready have in the track, by cutting the end of a lead and reverse it and add reverb and delay, for example...) You reverse percussion, same here add delay and reverb, you make kickbooms, also here with reverb and also a reversed version of the kick...
This is my advice, most easy to make it fit with everything else in the track...
also you can bring up a synth and tweak some SFX with it... Also manipulate Samples like Snares and Cymbals, crashes and timpani... you can pitchbend them or just shift, to lower tones and add reverb and reverse, timestretch and so on.... also try layering all this stuff for some more complex SFX...

Also to add, find a synth which can produce noise, so you can make wind FX, and swhooses, this you can fade in for tension buildups....

i m doing this track, is my first track, im doing it while i study so i can put everything in practice, but i dont use ANY samples, i mean, only sample i use is from percussion, but only sample, not LOOPS, and i m in trouble what i tought would be the easiest part, that was making the effects, to give that salt to the music

i will save u all the time these other people spent u.
here is what u do. Download:
VEC SAMPLE PACK 1 2 or 3.
then after u download, open it to the "SYNTHS" Folder and those are Fullon FX. just put those together in kinda a loop.
I know this because alot of pros use it and so do I.

i dont really like to use samples, even if my track is shit, i like to do all by myself. Hopefully one day will be good and will be all my effort.
