i want to ask about names of trance creators that create full on music such as :
andromeda
chromosome
ibojima

Are those artists "full-on" artists? I don’t get it. Why is now a days psytrance artists being put in the box "full-on".
Why cant it all just be psytrance (as long as it is psychedelic, and not just "dance-floor oriented") ..

Because calling these acts psytrance puts them side by side with acts like Koxbox and Prometheus, and frankly, they're not. They're so not.

who gives... fullon is just a word for israelic melodic trance... or?

i would consider andromeda and chromosome more 'proggy' artists.....all though andromeda does somewhat have a full on sort of flavor to it.......
'full on' would be more like DNA, Eskimo, Hujaboy, Rink a Dink, Astrix, GMS and I.M.............

I don't feel like being part of the whole "Definition of FullOn" controversy...but as far as where you label some of the artists mentioned above, i'd really be careful where you put names like Ibojima and DNA, stuffs kinda morning-y...
In general though, I really think we need a new term that isn't completely vague..this is from another thread..but its completely true :
