The Duvdev tune is really good,i like the RnB intro and sounds into it,the vocal sample is also nice but i would prefer it from Michele Adamson hehe.

The collaboration between Astrix and Dimitri Nakov is just amazing,a perfect blend of israeli full on with european psychedelic sound. One of my favorites.

Well i found the Domestic and Eskimo collaboration pretty average, nothing much interesting here.By the way the original cd names this one A Lession In Session, shouldnt it be A Lesson In Session?

Resolution is a great tune indeed. We need more Sandman music for sure and i wish that the upcoming Xerox And Illumination album will sound like this tune cause i was much dissapointed by Xerox last album.Amazing combination of sound and ideas this one.

Just A Sec is a very very good tune by Hujaboy, its been a long time since i enjoyed a track by this artist but this one is really nice.Keep up the great work my friend.

Black And White new act is amazing and i cant wait for their debut album. After their smash tune on latest Bionics Records compilation they blast everything again with 20 For 7 a superb melodic tune on Full On 7.These guys will be a hit for sure.

Remix to an alltime classic no need to say more, the Survival Kit Remix is ofcourse not as good as the original masterpiece but its a great effort from the Sub6 guys. This one brings back great memories.

The Intelabeam tune is just nice, nothing more nothing less.I will wait for more tunes by this project before i have an opinion about it.

Instant Food is a solid tune by a master producer.Great work by Ofer and we could do with some more of this nutrition hehe.

Last but not least a very good remix from Delirious to a hit track by Astrix.Nice melodic aproach to the tune.Recommended for sure.

Full On 7 is a very well constructed and selected compilation that builts up to the reputation of the famous series.A must have cd for everyone, especially for djs that want to built a name for themself.

My favorites are 1,2(!),4,5,6(!),7,9,10

Overall Rating 9/10           Toodaloo Motherfuckers!!!!!

The long awaited seventh chapter of Hommega's Full On series is finally here.
It opens with a solo track by Duvdev of Infected Mushroom fame. Not a very good track in my opinion- too repetitive and empty, even though it has a clear Infected sound. Duvdev's voice has quite a bad accent which makes it sound less powerful than it should be. The second track is a collaboration between Astrix and DJ Dimitri. The result is quite surprising, and I'm curious about how much was Dimitri involved, since it is not what Astrix makes usually. Anyway, the track is really good. Some may even call it progressive, and it is a combination of progressive with full on actually. Twisted acidic lines, groovy lines and a "killer" sample are sure to make this a floor hit. Eskimo joins Domestic for the next one, A Lession in Session. This is one psychedelic track which gives you food for both mind and body. Number 4 is a surprise- Sandman! Itzik Levi joins Xerox and Illumination to produce Resolution, a track that reminds me of old times when Goa style was still alive and kicking. Track 5 is Hujaboy- Just A Sec. A bit boring and disappointing at start but it soon evolves into a smashing track, with great feeling and melodies. Black & White is probably the biggest surprise of this compilation. I knew they were good, but not that good! 20 for 7 is a masterpiece of groove, melodies, sounds and emotions. I'm really looking forward for their album, which should be released later this year. Next is a remix by Sub6 to PsySex's Survival Kit, originally released on UFS 2. Sub6 show their sound manipulation skills and creative originality to turn this track into an interesting dancefloor material full of groove potential. Intelabeam's Loco Motive is another favorite here, with brilliant melodies and great structure which just makes you wanna move! Getting near the end, Instant Food is another track by the old time veteran Ofer Oforia. This track was somewhat of a disappointment, I was expecting more of Ofer's unique metallic style but it seems like he changed it to a more popular style. Nonetheless, the track is still well produced. Closing the album is a great remix by Delirious to Life System by Astrix, released on his album originally. This remix takes this track into a different direction. No more cheesy-child style, but a well produced, energized and beautiful track.

Recomendation: Hommega has proven (to me that is) that they are the best label in existence today releasing dancefloor oriented, full on, music. A must buy for every listener and DJ.
My favorites: 2(!), 3, 4(!), 5, 6(!!), 7, 8(!), 10.

after some more listens i think the compilation is really great
the astrix track is very good!
duvdev made a good groovy work
b&w track... a track with a lot of atmosphere.
the xerox track is insane.. super psychedelic and with a pleasent melody
hujaboy again hitting with dark fullon
but track 2,7,8,9 are just.. not good..
the remix to psysex is the worst track here.. it's not even very fullon... i would put a psycraft track here... this compilation is missing it..
i expected much more from domestic
his last released track - "simulated" was brilliant.
it seems that eskimo just took over the track and the result was... bad!
u can find "Anything U Want" using the search...

www.psymag.com REVIEW:

HOMMEGA PRODUCTIONS(HMCD34) - COMPILATION FULL ON 7 - On A Rush CD

Track list:
1. Duvdev - Now Is The Time
2. Astrix & DJ Dimitri - Evox
3. Domestic Eskimo - A Lesson In Session
4. Xerox & Illumination Vs. Sandman - Resolution
5. Hujaboy - Just A Sec
6. Black & White - 20 For 7
7. Psysex - Survival Kit (Sub 6 Remix)
8. Intelabeam - Loco Motive
9. Oforia - Instant Food
10. Astrix - Life System (Delirious Remix)

Released: March 2004

http://www.hommega.com/

The 7th piece in the highly acclaimed, highly anticipated series of compilation has been recently launched by its founder Hommega Productions (Israel).
The series that has introduced a new sub-genere into our system, for others to follow - FULL ON.
Hommega known for its fine crew of producers deliver yet another solid release, cutting edge, production wise etc...
The CD opens with a track by Duvdev (Infected Mushroom), which basically present the regular Infected sound with a bit of a presumptuous sample, which I could personally do without - "Now is the time to get what's mine". things get a lot better when Astrix & Dimitri take over the dance floor, with another great hit, starting up with deep flowing base lines which opens powerfully and excitingly. Domestic takes on Eskimo on a ride with "A lesson in Session", slow buildup, progressive base, bouncy atmosphere, solid track, embedded with a delightful story, that will pleasure any dance floor, but a bit out of place, which effects the general flow.
Resolution is my personal favorite on this compilation, Xerox & Illumination VS. Sandman Galore..., serves as a great correspondent to Astrix track, interesting powerful and highly psychedelic with just the right touches of sweetness.
Xerox & Illumination album is just around the corner, a CD that surely not to be missed.
Huja Boy is next, the dark boy in the crew, strong apparent kick entwined by a juicy fat bass, less industrial and more flowing, fits well with the Hommega sound.
20 for Seven is another dance floor hit, that pounds you with a demanding kick, rumbling base line and sophisticated layering, more Black & White please...
The next track is a pleasant redo (RMX) to a delicious track, this time SUB6 steering the wheel, enhanced with a slow deep buildup that opens into a neo fullon stumper cascaded with emotional morning like DREAM melodies, oriented more for indoor clubbing atmospheres..., soon the full debut release.
Intelabeam, one of the local (Israel) promising new artists, Loco Motiv follows nicely the previous track, running into slightly more intense zones, but still laid back.
Oforia's track I am afraid doesn't show anything new, professional production as one can expect but the track itself sounds as if you have heard it before...
Astrix Life is System is such an excellent track that a rmx to it, can never fail...

Favorites: 2!,3,4!!,5,6!,10
all in all this is another solid release from Hommega, not the regular hit like full on but rather a mixture of atmospheres and speeds, lacks a bit in the flow of it, but has some great individual tracks featured in nicely.
