First I'll start by asking: why are there no reviews or pictures on moonsoon parties? Is it a such a secret? In every party of them there are like 800 people, non subscribed to Isratrance?
Anyway, about the party, I was getting there at around 3AM and I couldn't believe my eyes, MoonSoon parties are always big ones but this was like going to the TLV...
Huge traffic jam, a massive crowd of (bad) people standing outside the lines, lot of (good) people waiting inside the lines, so many security guys, so many selectors, and the greatest of them all, no dogs allowed, WTF??!!
So I called my friends who were already inside and told them I'm heading to another party and started to look for someone to sell him my presale ticket. But as my friends got out to meet me, they were so in lighted that I knew I have to get in.
Also I know from previous parties that MoonSoon are very selective about their crowd, so the first impression of the people waiting outside can be misleading, besides I just had to hear Tyohar...
So we snuck my dog in, and as I was getting inside the party I immediately felt the amazing vibes, about 800 happy people smiling and jumping in the air - GREAT ENERGY...<IMG SRC="/images/smiles/great2.gif">
Future Prophecy was playing great tunes, I just threw my bag and ran to dance. After him Pop Stream went up, he had a nice set but it was already morning and he was a bit slow for me. Anyway , Tyohar was already standing behind him and couldn't wait to give us the show that we all been waiting for. At some point the crowd was so eager to hear Tyohar that they started to clap hands at the end of each track (will you get the hint and clear the stage already???)
As Tyohar went on the stage (around 6AM), the crowd was a little tired, and he had to build his set slowly, but after an hour of flappy tracks he started to drop bombs one after the other, Boom!! The whole crowd was in the air, and this didn't stop till 11 when I left (I think it went on till 12) - RESPECT TYOHAR!!!
About the production, as always MoonSoon doesn't disappoint, from the very nice deco, the chai shop, the food stands, the water sprayers till the great sound of 2 EAW sets...
I don't know how they do it, but although they have a large crowd, the police never come, no car breaking and almost no faces inside the party.
They set an example on how to throw big but very successful parties. Keep up, Moonsoon and thank you for (another) KILLER PARTY!

we came to the party at around 4:00. the place was paaaaaaaaaaaaaaaacked!!!!!!
i thought i was coming to a nature party and here i got to an entrance line like a tel-aviv club with fences around the whole party place. is this a nature party?
no dogs allowed, no visible tent place (at least from the outside, correct me if i'm wrong though), and it looked like much much more then 800 people inside, something aorund the 2000 maybe (if you judge by cars, or what the security people mumbled, there were around 3000 people there inside and outside.
i have no idea who was supposed to advertise this party, but it looked like it was advertised in "yediot ahronot" or something.
anyway, i will grant them a couple of things: they did do something i haven't seen in a long time, not letting in anyone who didn't buy in advance, and also, lots of very good looking girls 
we didn't go inside anyway, and well, i know that some of my friends who were monsoon fans will not go to these parties again. and i will do it only if i feel like going to a festival.
by the way, tom, were you the one talking to asi (huga generation)?

we got there around 3:00 it was still very silent. people just finished their meditation.
than started chill and around 03:30 the trance started.
the music was a big big dissapointment.
the dj played many tracks of Astrix and alien project one after another in the middle of the night, which made it impossible to continue playing good after him. the next dj was a bit slow ...compare to the astrix sesion.
in the morning, too late for me, tuer played very nice, but again it was after a bad long night and sunrise.
the place looked nice , because of the shade material, but there was 0% decoration...nothing. sound was nice and many people which were friendly except a few inside and some baloons outside, but nothing you can do about it, ah? they come everywhere these days.
all in all a big potential- but no bom! |

Yeah, that was me... Sorry you didn't get in, I think you would have enjoyed it...
And yes, there was a tent place over there with many tents.
It's true the place looked like a festival, it's because the amount of people, but I have to give Moonsoon the credit of keeping the atmosphere inside the party as underground as possible... (if you can take a hint) and also not taking ugly steps like other productions do, such as not allowing to bring water and other stuff from outside ( 'Tamahim' - STOP IT!!!)
My lesson for the next Moonsoon parties is to buy again presale and come early and that way save the ugly scene outside.

Very nice production.
Great people.
can do some work on the line-up... except tyuhr that played nice. actually on the right order the same line up could have done a better job.

i dont know what to say about this party...
i heard so much good things about monsoon parties and i heard tyuhar before so i came and found a litle festival , and i thought i'm going to an underground nature party after 15 minutes i stood outside i decided that tlv party, that's the way it looked is not for me , tomer , good to hear your dog suck in
itay, we'll mett again in some reall nature party:)

great great party!!
moonsoon is something else. its not about being underground, its a party for good people who doesnt go to parties all the time and wants to dance with the guro tyohar.
i have been to so many "underground" parties lately, with lots of "arsim", police, and broken cars. i was sure that moonsoon will be diffrent and i was right. they sell presale so its better to buy a ticket first and to come to the meditation of course.
the only bad thing in this party was pop stream who gave a bad and long set. everybody was waiting for tyohar but he kept playing bad music. but then tyohar came. he plaeyd from 6 till 11:30 when the party was over, and what a set. 5 hours of pure good and happy music.

i had a bad experience there and i decided not goin' to goa partys in israel anymore..(especely Moonsoon's) except for few orgenizers that r nice
its was for sure a bad party!
with all due respect.. nature party with a selection at the entrance is bad! it blew up all the Goa ideology and spirit..
it was felt like a high society nature party.. "poors out"!!
