there is a bar though and you can hear the stage rocking from the porch outside where you can recline and watch the river go by as you sip.
open containers are not permitted as it is a town, so be aware and safe about the containers you drink from, make sure they are closed
or at least hidden

Right on, Ascension!
Reminds me of Xara a few years back outside San Diego, Sunday morning about two hours before sound was designated to go off, and this Indian kid was playing a killer set.
Dropzone pours me, him and some random ravers some Stone Brewery Imperial Russian Stouts. Right as we're about to clink, the sound goes out and we turn around to see four unhappy sheriff's deputies. Beer was not the only thing served that morning, so it was a fun (sic) and interesting conversation with them.
The beer tasted amazing when they left, with a stipulation that we leave the sound off.
So, to get back on topic, anyone who finds me during the first 24hrs of Gemini '08 and says, verbatim, "Ooga Booga I want a good bottle of beer!", they can pick from a selection of heavy dark beer I'm gonna be bringin... |
