at my school they had a school radio station that always played music in the breaks, but only shitty charts shit. we always asked the kids who ran the station to play our music, but they wouldnt.
one day me and a friend skipped the class before break, went into the station and locked the door. When the break started we played Neil Landstrumm really loud. for those who dont know , neil landstrumm is the most annoying monotone techno there is, just endless loops of squeaking and twisting.
Anyway, we turned it up really loud and let no one in. the kids who ran the station got really pissed and the whole school was like "what the fuck is that noise?????"
that was funny. We had to clean the school grounds as punishment, though.

I was a dj at the breaks at school as well.
I was playing Prodigy, Chemical Brothers and stuff. Our principal didn't get our music as well.

Thats mad, what kind of right do they have to tell you can't listen to a certain type of music??? I suppose he would be ok with you listening to marilyn manson of some of those great bands that spread words of love and peace for society 
But psychologic, were you mentioning he doesn't want ppl to listen to trance in radio, or where you mentioning like with headphones? If its the second its even more crazy... |

I was in charge of the "radio station" on breaks in my school for a while. Right until I've decided to put on "We don't need no education...." in full volume, on repeat.
No more music until the end of the year....
seems like some things dont change
