Fruty EQ2 in Cubase?

Hey guys, just wondered if anybody knows of a way i can use frutyloops parametric EQ 2 ( the one with all the visuals) in cubase. So useing it like a synth.
Anyway to rip it out of fl? i cant find any ddl. file of it....or anything
Anyone can help?
