I made this track in FL3 and i saved it as a wave file ,but....when i imported it to cubase and pressed play nothing plays , why is that??
Also i tried playing it with Winamp and nothing plays too.....
Another question , how do i record in FL3 (i mean what is the record button for if there's a playlist?)

it is used to record the mixer and the effects changes
you can also use the editor to change the effect during the
track |

roy,open the wav in wav editor,and see if the file isn't whole length of silence: if it's this ... read FL manual on how to export to wav ....best luck.
