hello
im trying to make put in a piece of midi i have from the piano roll thingy. as in i have a file and i paste in teh midi notes and my problem is that i need to riase the bpm to liek 240 to get it to work. so is their a way i can normalize it or raise the bpm on just one channel or pattern?

in the piano roll, you have the snap option. use that on 1/4 settings. than go to the piano roll, to the part you drew, hold ctrl and left click and choose the entire segment. now, minimize the bars you drew to the smallest degree you can (considering the audio quality).
next, simply drag them to each bar and draw each bar with it's musical part. that way, when you play a 120 bpm track, the melody will go on double the speed.

another way to do it, is to set the sequencer to 32 steps, and defining the doubled up speed (I.E. - 240, in your case) and simply writing the parts as you would on 16 steps, 120 settings.
