Check out www.kvr-vst.com go to the "instruments, effects, hosts ... " page (top left) and search for effects. You can specify to search only for free plugins.

Hey Undertow! Thanks for that but i was hoping you guys would be able to tell me what the essential effects that i should get to make Psy.
Eg: Delay, reeverb, Compressor etc etc. are there any more?
and if you guys can suggest some names that are free or something that not very expensive i would be very grateful.
