brew, the best way to get the flowz in percussions is to play on some real percussive instruments, like play some drums, i am a drummer thats why i can make some flowz, similarly you can try some other percussive instruments, play them for fun, get some grooves/flowz going, that is the best way to learn, when you having fun experimenting! aslo include various types of drums,dhol,tabla,bongo's toms, shakers, all types of instruments you can get your hands on, and spice up the percussions works, also wet some percussion by adding various effects on them like flanger,delay,phaser,reverb etc etc, and layer these wet percussions on top of you normal percussive layers,that will give them a more organic feel. i love percussions, i'm a percussionist! love to explore and find more and more ways to spice them up and find new flowz in them,so if u find some coool flowz let me also know, keep working brew, ur sound is commin along real nice
