Simply, ill put the wires from my mixers "main out" to my soundcards inputs? Does it work?

yes it does
you may add noise but the fuller sound you speak of is the result of integrating all of your sound sources as a summed stereo mix.
A piece of advice when using analogue mixers: get your gain structure right. By that I mean make your sources as loud as possible without the channel peak light illuminating and the master buss output should be around +4dBU on the meter. Record the output of your mixer as close to zero on your software recorder without going over (clipping).

I've read lot of reviews and stuff about Behringer ub1002 and everyone has praised it's great noiseless and high quality sound, so do you really even know a shit about this mixer? :P
