I was working and couldnt go to this party; but lots of people I talked to said it was really fun. I wish I were there.
I dont feel sorry for Trick either, but I do feel sorry for:
- friends of mine who went all the way to 3rdward and werent let in at 5am.
- djs/crew members who arent reimbursed for their effort and donations*
- any kind of violence*
*as a partial solution, your host vishwatma of metaforce will be djing himself (full-on set, of course), at the 11/11 party ...promotor, dj, and security, lol.
Im not a "warrior" but people have called me a pacifist militarist.
I like wild parties also; will be sure to be at the next one.

all the issues that ppl r comin up with atleast some of them who were not happy coz of the things that happened may be u should think of lookin ahead in time rather than digging the past history ..
after all every 1 is there for or was there for a psychedelic mayhem which really took place ...and took place in the grand style ......
well this whole issue of the dj spitting on teh mixer is not a good vibe for sure ..mixer is like the tools for the dj same as it is the tools for priest to connect to GOD ........
this whole a aftermath is not in good spirit ....
and some ppl start writin abt goa n india n vibes ..well well well ...i can take those user -names here but i wont as i dont wanna get myself to there cheap standards its such a shame n such a let down that some few no of ppl can disturb the whole vibe ..also these ppl look to me and they very much sound to me like anti goa -- anti india type of ppl ..lol ... ...all i can say is come to goa or come to india and see for urself .....are u ready for the culture shock

My dear girl, Fria, aren't you that Indian girl that just showed up NYC trance scene a year ago? If so - you know exactly who I am and what I am and if you have a minimum ability of logical thinking you would know at how many parties I could have been and I don't mean only in NY, but it's not the point right now. Also it's not important that you're trying to be a wise ass and tell us what makes a good party. It's like we are blind kittens and need a guideless. No thanks.
I have nothing personal with Metaforce. They are also new comers like you and I don't know them, except those times when I see them at the parties lately. I've been in NY trance scene for a long time and I love this community. That's my family. I love each and every face that I see at our parties. We are united and we all help each other, that's how it should be. We all are in for the same reason here Love of Trance music, it's philosophy and valius. It's always great to see new people joining our trance family and growing bigger. But when a newcomer comes with it's own rules and starts spreading violence no one will support this action. There are so many people that are shocked by what happened at this last party, they tell me terrible things on msn and on my pm, but for some reason they choose not to speak up. Well, I have a different position to unfair and violence. No matter who it is, even if it's my own brother, I will not accept it and will say what I think about it!
For me to have a good experience at the party is not only what music I'm dancing to there, but it's the whole more than this. If base of a party is rotten, I will have a bitter taste, no matter how perfect everything else around is. If evil makes an illusion of kindness, is it kind to you? No one can come to us just to squeeze our money out of us. Either join us and become one of us, or take your violent actions and go somewhere else. Fake is fake and it won't last long!
From what I see, only people who defend Rachel and Vish - are their personal friends, most of them indian kids. No one from NY trance community is on their side. How can anyone support disrespect, humiliation and beating up people?
And again - I have no personal issues with Rachel and Vish, or anyone else in this matter. I'm against violence and disrespect no matter who spreads it!
I still hope it was a misunderstanding and we all work things out and will be one big happy family again

as far as welcoming ppl into the community is concerned , any1 coming to this part of the world is welcomed with open arms i mean in india , and in goa ...BUT thats not the case as far as u r concerned coz i believe NY has loads n loads of nicer ppl than u ...u sound too judgemental or watever the way u put it across...me too i think i hv been goin to enough parties now more than a decade and i hv seen things like this or similar happen ..its nt good for sure ..but that wasnt the end of the world ..in most of the cases it only brought out the best out of the individuals.........
THE party was great ..all artists n dj's played to there best ..every1 loveed it ...but it seems like other issues hav become more important for some reason...also it smells like jealousy out there ..ufffff
looks like the urbanism has taken away the whole meaning of plur frm the heads..and talk abt peace & love ...being 1FORCE ...every1 is in it for the same thing to party together as 1 huge ball of energy

Natia, just cause i have been in NY trance scene only a year doesn't mean nothing. Please, you say some absolutely ridiculous stuff. I've partied enough and am not going to sit here and give you dates and events I've been to. Yes, I lay low in NY the past 5 years because I thought Trance parties here sucked. They were parties advertised as Trance but had no Trance music...so if those are all the parties you went to ...really I have nothing to say to you.... That has nothing to do with it. You obviously are one of those commercial party goers and again thats not the point. I am not defending Rachel or Vish, I AM DEFENDING THE PARTY.....read and think before jumping onto the dumbass reply bandwagon....

For what was written before: I'm attending a lot of parties in NYC, I was also in this one. Just for the record, the night-twilight fullon-proggressive style kicks ass no matter what you (MDMA) newbies say, that is the real mother F***** psychedelic trance music or acid music , not MDMA. THere is no such thing as Fluffy music, just because you can't make music at that kind of high level shouldn't be labeld cheezzy or fluffy. Your standards in music is going really low and under, anybody can just find random soundz and produce really bad bad production tunes and call it music, not on my book. We need some real psy music to save NYC. )))) Don't forget music is about making people smile and happy on the danefloors not all edgy and  . ReZpect!!! |
