sounds so amazing and damn i missed the first metaforce party and it is looking like i may miss this one too  why why why? but if im not around that means i will be in cleveland supporting the tribe out there with goaheads second monthly, you are all more than welcome i have room for one in my car. still hoping to be in ny though. my apologies to rachel just in case.

This sounds exactly what I want in a party! I just moved to nyc for schooling and started to find new communities of the great spirit here.
It's amazing to know so many people in the States appreciate Goa/ psytrance. Only American I met in Goa back in 99 was Goa Gill.... My traveling days really started about there.
It would be nice to dance at the hill top without all the dust coming up. |

Gimme Goa is going to mark the seasonal turning point with a night of spectacular sound and vision, believe you me, it will be packing psy heat and it will not be afraid to use it.
The Tantrumm force will have a strong presence at this event. Word on the street is that Fria's been preparing for this stomping morning set by subjecting herself to grueling physical and mental training techniques developed by ancient masters of stompism. Also, the latest Tantrumm brainchild will be making it's worldwide release under the pseudonym "Tempus Viator" on the 12th. This is a collection of sonic mind slaps designed to sidekick the brain into a dimension of galactic insanity. It's also got some nice music on it. It will be available at this event among other delights & curiosities for mass consumption at the Anjuna market .
PS - does anyone have any information about the group of Bosnian nationalists that was planning to hijack the dance floor? Please contact the friendly folks at Tantrumm with any leads on this matter.

It will be nice to have some Trance in this space, and get some new people into going to trance parties in NYC, who haven't listened to Goa Trance before.
B.T.W. - This space is not in "East Williamsburg" it's in Bushwick, according to the address, that is sort of like saying an address on 116th is on "The Upper East Side" when it really is in spanish harlem.

upper east side compared to spanish harlem isn't exactly the same as e. williamsburg compared to bushwick..  if you've been to 3rd ward, you know that those two areas are hardly distinguable from each other! It's a big empty industrial area.... and 3rd ward is on the border of williamsburg and bushwick...

either way - bushwick or e. williamsburg - pick the one you prefer - just get there!!

i second that Vish, the difference between the neighborhoods is a non issue...
a couple questions for you guys:
what will we have in the way of sound?
also, past 3rd Ward events have had problems w/ small fragments of the ceiling falling into peoples hair and drinks all night...do you have a plan to prevent this? |

SOUND : hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....
JBL EONs all around.. i think kiLLeR...  Quality sound assured!!
As for the rest, its the first time for us in 3rd Ward so it's an adventure.......stuff falling from the ceiling, we too have experienced in other parties there - and we've discussed with 3rd ward... we're hoping for a special coat of plaster before the weekend but we can't promise that as yet...
We'll cover for anything falling from the sky with the amazing light that will pour in from so many happy dancing bodies - and not to mention the when it comes up thru the windows in the morning.....
like we always say
bring your good vibes, killer energy, and stomping feet! the rest will follow
